Dead decaying mouse FUSED to back of oven?

There is a dead, almost-petrified rat/mouse under my oven. I've been trying to pull it out, but it seems to be ATTACHED to the back of the oven's base. I didn't think simple bacteria/anything else that would decay a mouse would cause this... but it's attached like glue. What do you think will dissolve this? Vinegar?? This is so gross but my landlord is a flake and hasnt returned my calls.
