My dog has got strange lumps around his mouth?

Hes got one underneath his mouth and there startin to develop around his mouth, hes an English Mastiff and he has a droopy mouth and there kinda hangin on there? There 4 at the moment but only 1 yesterdaay, there pink in colour and no hair growin out of them? Hes got appointment at vets tomorrow just wanted to check its not emergency?
