Does using the Reynolds Oven bags for turkey work better than not using them?

We've always used them in my family, but now I'm wondering if it really makes a difference? We use a salt brine, which is supposed to keep it moist, so is it necessary to use the bags too? (we only cook a , not a full turkey)
