Is the UK a friendly place to live?-Tourists and the English only , please(:?

We are not inherently racist. We have a mixture of cultures living here. We are reserved but not unfriendly. You will find it easy to make friends in school. Some schools are very good. Some (mainly inner city) schools are to be avoided.
