If you had the power what 3 changes would you do to make the EPL better for the fans?

first: keep all scots out of the EPL, teams and managers, bye bye red nose. second: get rid of most foreign nationals in every side except two per team. then sit back and have a good laugh at the top four, who would then be struggling. It would make for an level playing field. third: go back to when only the champions of the league played in the UEFA CL and make it home and away only, no silly little leagues, and the winner takes the prize.
