I have a GE .. TBXZ1JAXFRWW... fridge not cooling .. freezer ok... I defrosted for 24hr. worked ok for a few?

I defrosted for 24 hours and plugged it in. It worked great for a few days then same thing. Does anyone have any suggestions.... other that using it as a boat anchor...... thanks
