Does he really like me?

Me and this guy met almost 7 months ago at church. and ever since then my lifes been awesome! he is 17 and im 14. we are good friends. and lately hes been flirting with me. I recently told him i liked him. and i asked him how he felt about me and he said idk lol. then on friday he texted me and told me that we cant date because of the age difference. I told him i know but i then asked him why he said idk when i asked him if he likes me. he said: i do like like you but i said idk because we cant date. but we can be friends with benefits. i said okay. then i asked him what he liked about me and he said that i am cute, fun, and i have a great personality. i then told him that i loved his brown eyes and his pretty smile and i asked him friend with benefits? and he said: thanks. and friend with befefits are were friends but we do stuff like bf and gf. then im like okay. and i asked him like what. and he said like kisssing going on dates, holding hands and more,. then i said i never kissed before did you and he said yes i have we should kiss then when i see you next. and im like okay. then on saturday he said hi and im like whats up and he said eating and im like oh cool what you eating. and he said idk lol if you want a kiss tomorrow i will have to take your fone and you follow me. which it really creaped me out so i asked him why i need to follow him and give him my phone and he said because we cant kiss infront of everyone and that i love my fone so i would chase him for it. lol then im like good thinking lol. then i toold him i was nervious because i never kissed before and i told him that i was scared that i would do something wrong and he would hate me. and he said i wouldnt and then he explained how to kiss. which it was really cute. then he asked me if i was gonna stick my tounge in his mouth and im like if you want me to. and he said thats up to you sweetheart. and then im like okay lol you are so sweet and then he said thanks babydoll.. lol. then the next day when we were planning to kiss. he wasnt there.i textd him and he diddnt text back.
