Country everyone loves to hate?

so yea what is the country everyone loves to hate? (in terms of football/soccer) in my opinion i'll say mexico..just because it seems like when they lose countries like usa, el salvador,ecuador, guatemala, and all those other latin countries start to celebrate and what not when mexico loses
