Where is the safest and most reliable place to buy medecation outside U.S. without prescrition?

I would like to hear from veterans in this field that have done buys with no problems. I know some websites are just stings or thiefs. I would like to know of a few good reliable discrete websites that have yet to fail anyone. I mainly am looking for benzo's and oxy. Any replies would be greatly appreciated.
