Is this child abuse?!?

my mom hits me in the past well not often…but like she hits me when she gets really mad and she knows to not leave any bruises….She also yells at me and then she tells me that she doesn’t even care about me..she ordered the whole family to ignore me and they listen to her….and then sometimes she locks me out of the house?! two times I ran away from home and two time the police came and they said if I do it again im in juvie hall…what the h e l l should I do….my mom is trie to keep me home from my school and locked in my own house today, but I woke up early and ran to catch the subway/bart and got to school..but should I go home? Yesterady she did the same she didn’t pick me up when I got out at 2:35 and I didn’t get home until 7….what can I do1?!?!?!
