Question about JAcks big music show? on noggin?

Maybe its me... but my 13 month old absolutely loves Jack big music show, now im about 95 % sure she doesn't really understand a word... she just loves the music and bright colors.. its the only cartoon she'll actually watch. well recently I was watching a few on demand and my question is do you think that some of the actors on there are just odd. This may seem weird but there was an episode of " Cat" the episode is adorable but there is a part im just like lost there is a man who is dressed in 70-ish clothes and 2 girls who are dressed very odd..and act super weird too. The man reminds me of a molester.. I know that's horrible to say. Then I was watching a different one the "bean stalk" and they made the guy out to be dumfounded or something.. I mean the show is very cute, just has some odd parts.. any one agree???
