Has anyone had an abnormal pap smear when pregnant?

My problem is that i went to my usual doctor to get a pap smear done and at 8 weeks pregnant i felt they werent concentrating on the fact that i am pregnant so i decided to switch to a OBYN. after the pap smear was done she told me she would send a postcard if everything was ok, and she scheduled me a follow-up appointment, in the next month, but i canceled it to go with the other doctor. i called her office, and now all they tell me is that it is abnormal and my chart will be transferred with the new doctor so he can tell me what's wrong. im worried. my apt with the OBY will be next week. sorry so long i hope it made sense :(
