Does anyone want to participate in a cl action lawsuit against myyearbook?

Does anyone else have trouble getting myyearbook to use Google Webmaster Tools to delete or block obsolete, harmful, or dangerous information that appears on web searches? Respond here or email trundylegal@yahoo.com. Comments welcome.
