On my W2 number 10 has $5000 listed as dependent care benefit.?

The thing is, my work provides NO benefit for daycare. This is actually the amount pulled out for my flexcare spending account for daycare. My tax program says I should put the amt in box 10 in their program, but this reduces my refund drastically. This is incorrect right?? I think my work made a mistake. Using a flexcare account should not penalize you on your childcare credit right??Does anyone agree?

Then I see the brands Induro and Dolica and the both have a tripod that looks just like the Benro. Question: Are they the same tripod.
